Corrections
These come first. Tell us which entry, which line, and what you believe the right answer is. A source helps and is not required. Pet safety corrections are acted on the same day we read them.
A plant we have not written up
Send the name, common or botanical, and where you keep it. We write entries in the order that people ask for them, so a request genuinely moves a plant up the list.
Something on the site is broken
Tell us what you were doing, what happened, and which browser you were using. If your plant list has gone missing, do not clear your browser data before you write: there may still be a copy to recover, and clearing it is the one thing that cannot be undone.
What we cannot do
We cannot diagnose a sick plant from a photograph, and we cannot give veterinary advice. If an animal has eaten a plant, telephone your vet rather than us, and take a piece of the plant with you.
